Pack for singles

This pack includes:

  • The administrative procedures such as the residence permit and the registration of residency
  • The search for accommodation according to the area in which you would like to live after and exhaustive description of the different areas
  • City orientation tour so that you can-find your way easily
  • Recommendation for a health insurance
  • Opening of a bank account

Other services are also available such as the connection to the internet, electricity, water and gas supply.

Family Pack

The family pack is aimed at a family of 4 members and includes the following service:

  • Assistance with applying for any residence permits (including a NIE (Número de Identificación Extranjeros) for each family member
  • Home search (rent or purchase)
  • Assistance with searching for and obtaining health insurance
  • City orientation tours and familiarisation of its surroundings
  • Assistance with locating an appropriate academy or private tutor to learn/improve Spanish

*While these are the services normally included we can adapt the services to each client’s needs.

Pack for Couples

Not to waste time in administrative procedures or home purchase, we are in charge of all the basics so that you have more time as a couple to enjoy the town’s charms, the gastronomy and the beach as soon as you arrive to Valencia.
